Mortar bot terms of service

The Mortar bot is the Discord app Rethunk.Tech uses on the Mortar Mod Manager Discord server. These terms apply to everyone in that server, alongside Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines and the server's rules. Staying in the server means you accept them. Data handling: privacy policy.
What the bot does
Keeps channels, roles, onboarding and rules in order; posts news and answers from the Mortar team; carries out moderation actions the server's moderators decide.
Your part
Do not try to break, overload or trick the bot, make it act in ways the server does not offer, or pass yourself off as it.
Moderation
Any action the bot takes against an account is a moderator's decision. To appeal: contact the server's moderators or [email protected].
No warranty
The bot is provided as it is, without warranty. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Rethunk.Tech is not liable for any loss from using the bot or the server.
Changes
Posted here with a new date. Staying in the server after a change means you accept it.
